All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times depend on your location and chosen method.

Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Exceptions
Limited edition items and custom merchandise may not be eligible for return. Eligibility will be confirmed when you contact support.
